'From the Inside' is based on interviews with prisoners in the West Midlands. It sets out what prisoners themselves say they need to improve their mental health.

'More Voices of Bitter Experience' , Guardian piece by insiders on why greater awareness and better funding for mental health would benefit prisoners as well as the wider community (Guardian, June 25th, 2008).
